The Assassination of Chairman Fred Hampton Sr.
At 4:30 AM, 14 plainclothes officers executed a pre-dawn raid. Between 90 and 99 shots fired by police. Chairman Hampton, 21, and Defense Captain Mark Clark, 22, were murdered.
